some of the criteria of the properties invested in are;

* low ongoing capital requirements, no high overhead / repair and maintainance operations,

*located in safe high/medium rainfall areas on east coast,

*only background cattle,

*simple rotational grazing systems,

*good environmental land outcomes for property,

*be part of the off farm management
